Did you update all drivers on your computer?
Visit your manufacturers website for updates

Did you check for third party updates, programs such as ZoneAlarm need to be checked for updates every once in awhile for compatibility and security reasons

Can you also try RemoveWGA.exe and see if it will help resolve any issues
Ensure to reboot the computer after running the tool

Apologies for the earlier post, i didnt realise u had made another post. I will run the prog and repond shortly.

Is there a tool that i could download which would tell me all the different components that I have installed and their manufacturers?
