I want to buy a main, the stats have to be atleast 70 def att and str. 70 ranged. 60+ mage. and atleast 43 prayer. I have about 3 mil to offer depending on what quests are dont, and whats in its bank.

p.s. I dont mind if the bank is cleared i just wont offer as high.
