If you followed that link I posted
I would definitely check the RAM for errors caused by incompatibility or failure

Run Memtest86
burn it too a CD as an ISO and restart the computer
Enter the bios and choose to boot from CD first
(See windows installation instructions)
http://www.memtest86.com/

Let Memtest run it's course and see if any errors are found

The test returned no errors... What the hell is causing this!?!?
OK I just tried running in Safe Mode again (With Networking) and the freezing has stopped... None at all! This is great! Only I can't exactly continue using Safe Mode for the rest of time (no Sound or GFX Drivers) So where should I go from here?

Hmm I seem to have somehow managed to disable my Graphics card.. even in Normal Windows mode... Well at least that puts my GFX card and drivers out of the picture... but how can I re-enable them once this proble is fixed :S
