Hello everyone,
First off I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this type of question.
I downloaded an AVI file but it doesn't work right.
When I play it in Windows Media Player 10, the sound plays perfectly, but the video seems to be playing about 3x the speed of the sound, so the video goes way faster.
However, when I open the same AVI file in WINAMP, the video shows up with the first frame but doesn't play at all, but again, the sound is perfect. The video just stays on the one frame.
I downloaded the trial of Sony Vegas 6 and opened the AVI in that program. When it opens, there is no video that shows up. There is only and Audio track. How is this possible, when in Windows Media Player, the video plays (albeit very fast)?
Thanks for anyone that can help me resolve this issue. I am basically wanting to synchronize the a/v so I can watch the avi file normally.
Your truly,
