The level 117 has 99 attack, 99 defense, and 95+ strength with 98 hitpoints. The level 113 has 99 range, 90+ defense and attack, and around 88 strength.
The 117 only has about 1000-1100 skill total, whereas the level 113 has 1300+ skill total. Only ppl who are trusted need reply, as all other proposals will be ignored.
Also, I have about 50 mil Rs2 GP that I'm selling off in about 5 mil at a time, at about £5 per mil.

When buying Rs accounts I rarely like using PayPal due to it being so easy to scam from. Postal orders & cheques are accepted and probably preferred, as it's much more safe to sell/buy. You send the cheque, I give the details, and then I cash the cheque. If I don't give the details within 5 days of you sending the cheque, then you can cancel the cheque (up to 7 days).
This way neither side gets scammed, though it may take slightly longer, it's worth it.
