Im guessing from a recent convo with Xtreme that quite a few ppl have been added by Runescape_moderators_departementEmail Removed
Well you can guess were this is going, Ive respect for Jagex mainly because they DON'T email you, so you can imagine my skepticism when i got added by this joker!
Here's what it said

The thing that amazes me if that no1 here maybe kingz knows my RS username so Jagex couldnt possibly know it. and the other thing that amazes me is that this bloke wanted my pass so he could check my IP, but Im 99.9% sure that jagex automatically logs your IP when you log onto RS anyways. Oh and some spam, Did anyone know about the 06.06.06 Fally world 111 masacre!
