Interesting problem developed after installing SP2 for Windows 2000. When shut down or reboot get blue screen with movible cursor. Must push restart button to load or hold down power button 5 seconds to shut down.
Uninstalling SP2 not option in file add remove area. Computer runs flawlessly otherwise.
I have installed all the upgrades in windows upgrade and also updated other files from bigfix.
I understand that others have the same problem. Any fixes?
Thanks
