Hey everybody, I am buying a nice account that just has a minimum requirement of 100 combat. I have various accounts to trade for it or just RuneScape gold.

I am also buying a party hat. I will pay for that in account or USD.

PLEASE PLEASE! I have been looking for these two things forever now! Hopefully somebody will help me out here.
