Technically no. You have to install the software once for each OS. But you can accomplish what you want to do. Simply install the programs in the same location each time. The second time you install, it\'ll simply re-copy the files. You need to do this so it\'ll make the necessary registry entries, update system files, etc. for each OS.
Only downside, is if you want to uninstall. Once you uninstall from one OS the files are gone, and you\'ll be unable to uninstall from the second OS. I would either: a) copy the entire program directory, uninstall from one OS, then rename the copy of the directory back to the original, then uninstall from the second OS (this should work decent, unless it depends on an install log that is kept in the program directory to do the uninstall) or
