Hiring person to train staker

Okay just to make sure you know what you are doing...

GET:

Attack from 27 to 40
Strength from 25 to 40
Defense from 20 to 40

Once you get Defense and Attack to 30 I'll give you rest of addy stuff.

I want to to do all of the free quests EXCEPT FOR!! DO NOT DO:
Witch's Potion
Imp Catcher
The Restless Ghost
Dragon Slayer

DO NOT put any range, magic, or prayer experience on here at all.

Comes with full mith and stuff and almost full addy, I'll give you rest when you need it. I would be willing to pay a good amount of money if you can get this done fast! Thanks!
