Malware, Need Help!

Can someone tell me how to get rid of yieldmanager popups and any other malware that is not being picked up by Spy Sweeper/Spy Bot? Thank you!

u could try running Ewildo  <<(click) Download and install it. Make sure u get the updates for it. When u click scanner click, Complete system scan, and just let it sit and do it's job.
