insert, you could always just get a screen recorder, then if you have flash u can open the video in flash, and export it as a gif...

i went to a best buy near me, and got a pretty decent one for 80 bucks..my computers really old so it couldnt take a lot..but it runs like CS, Photoshop, and Firefox at the same time pretty easy
