The only way we can ensure it's not related to malware is to do the following

From my signature below, download and save too a permanent folder of it's own onto your harddrive
Hijackthis 1.99.1
Open Hijackthis.exe

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important

That log is way to small, are you controlling entries with msconfig?
If you are, go to START>>RUN>>type in msconfig
Hit OK

Under the STARTUP tab>>Enable all and apply it
Under the general tab>>Ensure Normal startup is selected
Apply and Close>>Reboot the computer

+If you have already done fixes with Hijackthis
Open Hijackthis>>View a list of Backups>>CHECK and then restore all backups

Come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log so I can see everything running

your log looks good
Is the inside of the computer clean?
It's not restarting because of an overheating problem is it?

It could be a software issue
Try the following

Right click MyComputer>>left click Properties>>Click the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery

Uncheck Automatically Restart if it is checked
OK out of there

This way, instead of restarting, the computer should blue screen and supply and error message why
Post that error message back here

I see from your other post that you have NOW cleaned the inside of the computer
P.S. I wouldn't use a vacuum to clean the inside of the computer, it may cause damage
Use a can of compressed air, and it will also do a better job
I use my Air compressor with a good water filter on it, set to about 28psi, but if you don't have that option
Buy a can of compressed air
DO NOT use an air compressor if it does not have a very good water filter attached!!!

Don't let the fans spin from the force of the can of air, use the eraser end of a pencil to hold the fan still when blowing them out

What about what I posted earlier?

Right click MyComputer>>left click Properties>>Click the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery

Uncheck Automatically Restart if it is checked
OK out of there

This way, instead of restarting, the computer should blue screen and supply and error message why
Post that error message back here
