I'm not sure if I understand
What does access to Steam (Related to online gaming)
Have anything to do with System restore or accessing user accounts?
Please clarify

Post the error messages I asked about before please

OK THIS IS REALLY MAKIN ME VERY ANGRY THIS WHOLE SCENario. I beleive whoever did this has complete access to my computer because several of my accounts for certain things were deleted!!!??!?!  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':o\' /> and im just so discouraged what am i goin to do when school starts?  I need to find a security program.  How to install windows programs on linux, and I need to get my ip changed somehow.  I'm sorry if I have been very frustarating. But I have had some serious issues.  I beleive i can solve all my problems with just learning how to install windows programs on linux. Sorry to waste your time sir.

Here's a tool that should help identify your Windows Product Key
http://www.magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder.shtml

Do you have your XP cd?
We should try a repair on your system
Go this page
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm

Scroll down to
How to Repair Install:  ***Also removes Service Packs***

Follow the instructions carefully, that should get everything back to Normal
But you will have to revisit Windows Updates immediately afterwards and apply Service packs and high priority updates!
