Open Hijackthis.exe
Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log here
Ensure everything is enable with MSCONFIG to ensure I see everything
Let's make sure you have no malware, get this computer clean
But remember to add more RAM
