http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=39563and if buyer really wanna scam you over paypal, and it really hard to avoid, there are ways to anti-scams, but u just need learn from experience and read paypal policy carefuly, and goodluck with ur sellings. that is why when we get good amount order, we don't take paypal, unless buyer with really good history. u know some people rather sell $5/m because they accept westernunion only, when u cacalte it, if u buy 20m at $5/m, plus $20 transfer fee, it will come to $120, so u r paying $6/m, most of supplier willing sell at that price, if u buy huge amount , let us say 20m-250m (party hat)
