1.i have uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2005 (Symantec Corporation) Ver: 11.0.1 n Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 n SpywareDoctor..but still cannot run RunThis.bat in safe mode


2.my AV had scan this when i was connected 2 internet.....
i reinstall my av because cannot run the RunThis.bat in safe mode

3.now i have follow your instruction ..uninstall the av n install Fixswen.inf from McAfee's unfortunately i still cannot run
find.bat.

so wat can i do now ?actually wat happen 2 my computer?got virus?got malware?got spyware?my computer always become not responding n cannot click anything when i connect 2 internet.

Your computer still shows signs of rootkit infection
You may want to do a complete reinstall of your operating system as we can't get none of the tools to run

Can you try one more thing
If your sure Norton's is totally uninstalled

Go to the following link using Internet Explorer
Norton's removal

Run the removal tool
Ensure to reboot the computer afterwards and post a fresh hijackthis log

If your keeping Norton's installed on purpose
I'll refrain from any more instructions until you have done the above

My suggestion is to backup any important files or folders
Ensure they aren't infected

Prepare for a clean install of your operating system
As mentioned, the security of this machine is compromised

Immediately after you clean install visit Windows updates and get all Services packs and High Priority updates
Change all passwords on the machine and any online banking and email accounts

Use the following link to walk you through a clean install
Remember to use the delete partition
You want a clean install, not an install over the top

You may want to post back after you have done the above so we can get some tools on this computer to help prevent this in the future~
