Some weird notepad file...

This weird file suddenly popped up on my desktop, it's in java but I can't understand it...can anyone tell me what it means.

It's definitely a Java error,
I would try the following
Access your add/remove programs and remove ALL older version of Java and updates
You will know which ones they are, the coffee icon will be beside them

Reboot the computer afterwards

Back in Windows
Access the following link and save the latest Java installer to your desktop
Sun Java
Click on Download under
Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 8
Accept the License Agreement
Select "Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language".

Save the installer to desktop
and then double click to install, follow the prompts
Once installed you can delete the installer
