I'm not seeing much wrong
Just to ensure there is nothing hiding
Can you do the following

Download GMER from here:
http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

Unzip it to the desktop.

Open the program and click on the Rootkit tab.
Make sure all the boxes on the right of the screen are checked, EXCEPT for ‘Show All’.
Click on Scan.
When the scan has run click Copy and paste the results (if any) into this thread.

I still need to see the log from GMER
Are you saying there was absolutely no results??

Are you controlling anything from starting on startup with any startup manager or with msconfig?

Let's try one more scan, I have to see this log
Download WPFind.zip

Extract WinPFind.zip to your c:\ folder.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then open c:\WinPFind and double-click on WinPFind.exe.
When the program is open, click on the Start Scan button to start scanning your computer. Be patient as this scan may take a while.
When it is done, it will show a log and tell you the scan is completed. Reboot your computer back to normal mode
copy/paste the whole contents of c:\WinPFind\WinPFind.txt <-this file back here
