PBP pin Problems!

Err I'm trying to buy another pbp pin but when I call the number now it says "The number you have dialed cannot be dialed" or somethin ...like not avalible...then it says recheck ur # and try again...can any1 help me?

Go to a friend's house,
When you're on the computer you and him, wait till he goes in the bathroom. Then go to the runescape main page, register a pbp and call from his phone. Not just 1 time, many times as you can.
