freeze then restart

I'm not rili sure of what's happening to my comp...
in like in 7-10 days the comp lik freezes 3-4 times awhile then after the freeze it wud lik restart itself...
i dun seem to be able to find the problem about it
I use spyware doctor to detect n there's nuthin
I use Lavasoft Ad-Aware Proffesional n there's nuthin too
Im not sure wether it's a virus oso... cause i use Zone Labs anti-virus to detect oso there's nuthin
including using AVG.

can help tell me how to solve diz prob?

But let's see a hijackthis log please, see if it will uncover anything

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important
