Buying Rune Pure/Rune Pker

Looking to buy a rune pure.

They must have:

60+ attack (Lost city + monkey madness done)
80+ strength
45 Defence (Dragon Slayer done, Monkey Madness extra XP recieved, Nature Spirit done, Heroes done, Legends started, Frem Trials done)
70+ HP
34 OR 52 Prayer
70+ Range
Around 70+ mage, with dt done (I will accept low mage if DT is done, if it isn't, 75+)
Rune Defender in bank
Climbing boots in bank (Death plat done)
Any recipe for disaster subquests done = a bonus

What I'll be paying.

A pure with under 5 defence.
70+ attack
75+ strength
52 prayer
Iron Gloves+ (I may get better before the transaction)
Climbing Boots

Or...

Cash. Offer me an amount.

Also, if it's over 85 strength, 52 prayer, and/or dt done, and/or all the gloves done, I will offer both my pure, and cash.

An MM will be used, we'll decide at the time, they will be confirmed from the forums though so as to ensure no fake MMing.

I'm not going to disclose exact stats but, 70+ attack, 75+ strength, and 2+ (but lower than 5) defence
He's also 52 prayer.

Anyway... I'd rather pay cash than my pure for your rune pure, as you do not have as high prayer/magic as mine, it's still great but it means I lose some of the things my pure has...

How much cash would you be looking for if I were to just pay cash?
