requirments:

1 Prayer (exceptions for hybrids)

1 defence (exceptions for hybrids)

NO RECOVS OR BANK PIN

I HAVE A PURE MAGE WITH 55 MAGE AND 38 HP THE COMBAT LVL IS 36 SO HE OWNS ALL
