Its sad to say but unfortunately It costs more time and money to file and follow through with the lawsuit.  In the end, the defendent will have to reimburse the court costs and fees, but anything you spend on a lawyer is lost.  It would be in small claims court, and if you are the one suing you will also be the one that has to fly out to the court case, if they live in another state.  Its done that way to prevent frivolous lawsuits.  

So really the only people that can file suits are adults with money and time.  People like me http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />

But seriously I hate scammers as well and its still good info you took the time to write.  It is punishible and is no laughing matter.  In fact if you use US mail you have even more protection with Mail Fraud being a felony offense.

Also you have very good ideas, the anti-scammers should have a big meeting with blood.
