Can you Right click MyComputer icon, left click Properties
ADVANCED tab>>Setting under Startup and Recovery
Uncheck Automatically Restart under System Failure
Ok out of there

Next time you get a blue screen, it may hold till you can write down the whole error message and post it back here

Also, If you can supply a dump log
It may Help
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Open the folder
Look for a couple logs with the Latest dates and zip them up
Right click and choose Send To>>>Compressed Zipped folders

Come back here and in your reply box back here
Beside File Attachments, Browse to the zip files>Select them and Add this Attachment

CHOOSE PROGAM>>Select WinRar from the list and select 'Always use select program'

Can you just check the following for me
This file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\o2mmb.sys

Can you navigate to it, right click it and select properties
Click the Version tab, what's it related too?
See if it gives any clues
Supply for sure File version and Description

Also supply make and model of Tablet please
