yeah i my computer is almost year old and i had got a video card for it a bout two months after i got the pc... Well the card is a nvidea g-force 6200... Idk what is wrong but the fan on the card has never worked.... But nothing has ever over heated but i was wonder if i should send it in for a new one... yeah i know its kinda late to ask this Q but oh well...

if its still under warranty then send it back.. even if its been working fine for now, later on it will pack up. Speacially if you are going to overclock the card.
