I think the time period is anything before either 30 or 90 days, forgot which one.

Also if you are going to add me on MSN, please be ready to prove who you say you are. Ive had numbers of people that message me and say they are an "elite" when in fact they are a scammer is disguise. I will not talk any further about the account if you do not prove who you are.

you could always use e-gold. e-gold doent alow chargebacks at all, and if anyone that is serious about spending over $1000 shouldnt have a problem getting e-gold set up on their computer.

Since i dont think anyone is going to pay the price of 1800, ill be lowering the price to around $1,300.00. If you are offering close to $1,300.00 I'll consider (the one who changed the price was my son), also to make it clear this is my son's account. He is the one that you are buying it from, i am helping him sell it as its my personal information that needs to be used. If you are really intreasted in the account, i suggest you call here and talk to him about the account if you want to go into further detail. Im only following what he wrote is on the account, password, username, valuable items, and other details. His request to unset the recoveries is still pending. I suggest anyone that is intreasted to wait till the recoveries are cleared so the transaction can proceed smoothly. I dont know how the company that owns runescape works.

Actually, you can still get scammed by mail.

Fake cheques, money orders, etc...

And if you cash it and the funds don't go through, you're stuck paying the bank.

Cant get scammed by mail, if you cash it and it turns out to be fake you wont have to pay the bank anything. For personal checks however you do. But the payment must be cleared and in my hands before i give out the details to the account.
