Ok i have 1.5mb DSL now. If i upgraded to 3mb would i?

Ok i have 1.5mb DSL now. If i upgraded to 3mb would i Notice a difference in download speed. And websited loading speed. Or would it be about the same because of the server at the other end. It is only 10 more dollars to upgrade. But i don't want to do it if i wont experience any difference. I know i will see some sifference on p2p networks but i mean websites like download.com

ok dsl is usually always the same page loading speed which is 768 kbps, which is the upload speed but going from 1.5mbps to 3mbps is a greatly increased speed in downloads, which is the download speed
