Renting a Yew Cutter

Yep im renting a yew log cutter till 9pm Eastern Time im paying 150k must have recoveries and i insist on a bank pin but not required must have atleast a rune axe if it has a dragon axe i will pay 50k more an offical mm will be used this is how it will work.
I will give mm the money, U give mm name and pass mm checks that it has recovs and has axe in invintory, after I finish cutting wood u tell mm bank pin (if it has one), mm goes onto account and trades logs to me, mm gives money to u.
