Problems with DrWatson Postmortem Debugger

I had an error message concerning this program... I've searched around but have gotten mixed messages as to whether this program is good or bad. This is my latest HijackThis log, if someone could help me out...

Dr Watson is legit, but let's see what may be causing problems

Download this file - Combofix.exe and save it too desktop
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Post the log from combofix please

+Can you do the following
Download
F-Secure Blacklight(blbeta.exe)
and save to your desktop

    Double click to run blbeta.exe
    * Accept the user agreement.
    * Click Scan.
    * After the scan finishes, click on Next, then Exit.
Do not rename any files if found by blacklight, I need to see the log

BlackLight will create a log on your desktop with the name "fsbl-xxxxxxx.log".
Post the contents of this log too

Open Hijackthis>>Open MISC TOOLS SECTION>>Open UNINSTALL MANAGER
Click the SAVE LIST... button
Save the list to your desktop then copy>>Paste back here the Whole contents

Create a .reg file for me please

Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad)
Hit OK
Copy the contents of the CODE box, not including the word "code"
Paste it to the empty Notepad file
In Notepad click FILE>>SAVE AS
IMPORTANT>>>Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Name the file as fix.reg

Save this file on the desktop
Ensure to copy from REGEDIT4 and down in the code box

Double click on fix.reg and allow to add/merge to the registry at the prompt

We should update your version of Java
Malware can exploit the holes in older versions

Can you do the following
==Download the latest version of  Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 10
  • Scroll down to where it says "The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement[/i]".
  • The page will refresh.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation Multi-language
Save the file to your Desktop.
Don't install it yet

Open your Windows control panel>>Start>>control Panel
Ensure you are in Classic view
Double click to open the Java Icon>>Under the General tab click "Delete Files"
Leave all 3 selections checked and click "OK"
Exit Java

Access your Add/remove programs via Control Panel
Remove the following
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03
Viewpoint Media Player

Reboot the computer

Back in Windows
Double click on the Java installer you saved earlier
follow the prompts
After installation you can delete the installer from your desktop

Post a fresh hijackthis log

What don't you understand from the copy>>paste instructions?

Open up an empty notepad file
Left click and highlight ALL the contents of the code box, don't include the word code
RIGHT CLICK and select COPY

Go to the empty notepad file you have open, RIGHT click inside it and choose PASTE

IMPORTANT>>>Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Name the file as fix.reg

Save this file on the desktop
