it means his not a scammer.

Serouly i know everyone here cant trust anyone on RS with a phat 100%, They are just sayen that they can trust this elite or that elite to be nice....
The Reality is that you cant just go up to someone and hit them in the face if they scam your phat having RS friends, the only people you can truly trust with a phat that you know wont take it is real life friends or cuzzes.
