Where's the option for "All three."

Or more appropriate for my situation, "Already have all three."

Haven't gamed on the PS3 yet, but it works fine as a Blu-Ray player.

My rig really isn't the best to test that out on.  I have an old-school rear-projection TV.  Can't even use HDMI as apparently the DVI port doesn't have HDCP, argh!  It'd work with my projector, but it's only EDTV (SD content looks sweet on it though, much better than SD looks on my HD TV).  Besides all that, I don't have any movies both on Blu-Ray and HD-DVD, which is really the only way to compare the two.
