I need help...

BUT they told me to set new recoveries using my new pass, but when I go.. the new pass works but once im in, it says that my account is still locked!


The account is 115 w/ santa hat & yello phat. Help me get it back... I loved that acc. Infact, if you look at my pic to the left.. thats me on the right!







What should I do?

you have to keep sending them. my pure got locked and as soon as they unlocked it, it was locked again. Just send in another request until they accept it.
