if people that have maybe been scammed or hacked and know who did it they should tell a mem on here an then whenever the person that scammed/hacked talks agains or creates a new topic it should show that he or her has scammed before. but to proove they did scam ud need proof.

for example if sumone had been prooved to of scammed with solid evidence maybe next to their display name it might have some kind of symbol or just say scammed in the past, i think this wud be great as many people new to the forums like me would know if certain people are trustable.
