There is no reason why you should be IP banned, you have just been a victim too a scam. The amount of scammers that are out there is emense and we have too stop them. But dude don't leave because you got scammed, runescaps isn't everything. Chill here, make friends, earn trusts maybe become trusted enough too do MM's. Some of the trusted people here don't even play runescape. I know for a fact RSgod dosen't play RS no more, but he still comes here too help. But its up too you.
