MultiBoot OS --EULA Not found

I\'m real close finally to having a multiboot OS CD with XP Pro & Home. The CD boots and I choose 1 or 2 for PRo or Home...setup checks my system and continues. I then get an error that says:
Setup Cannot find End User Licensing Agreement (EULA)
Setup cannot continue.

The EULA.TXT files are in the image. Any ideas why I am getting this error? I copied the files for Home & Pro from original upgrade CDs. This happens on both choices of either XP Pro or Home.

Once again Twinkie saved me on this one...
I had to delete the txtsetup.si_  file rather than just having the txtsetup.sif files in the boot folders. Once I deleted the txtsetup.si_ file it all worked fine!
