i bought a modded account from him the other day,berencam mmed and allw as well. Today i try to get on and it says its locked, thankfully i got the locked account back and transfered all my money to my other account. He wont speak to me on msn.

Lol that doesnt make him a scamer that means jagex caught the acc was being sold and made it not a mod anymore.
He sold it so jagex demoded it that doesnt make him a scamer he didnt take the acc back and also riaders (a team i like lol)
Your not gonna become a mod that way.
