ok im gona b making a rune pure and im wondering wat quests i have to do and wat to raise my defence to b4 i start to do quests... so my def wont go over 45

i suggest keeping maybe 10 defence, do monkey madness, fremenik trails, and dragon slayer, then train the rest til 45 defence.

hey i have a rune pure with 45 def and ive done all the major quests i done all the free quests with 20 def and wen i finished i got 39 def i left it like that and done holy grail 4 the prayer exp and it should get ur def to around 42 to 44 then do mm make sure u dont talk to the guy who gives u att exp he gives def exp aswell wen u have finished mm and u are still lvl 42 to 44 def u do fremmy trails and wen u are done lvl ur def to 45 4 bserker.
