When I try to access the A: floppy drive I get a message that the disk in the drive is not formatted even though it is. If I try to formatt the disk I get a message that the disk can not be formatted. I have replaced the drive and the cable with ones from another system that works (running Win2k) and still
have the problem.Have also removed the drive from the device manager and reinstalled and reinstalled the driver. When I put another hard drive in the system with Win98SE on it I can read and write to the floppy.
Any ideas?
