I'm building a computer for my self and it has a side case fan and I was wandering if it would be better if the side fan blew from the outside-in or inverted and also all I need is a graphics card and since I thought my motherboard had graphics build-in until I actually installed it I blew all my money on everything else so can someone suggest a good graphics card for a cheap price
What I need;
Slot: PCI-Express x16
Memory: 128mb & up
VGA Port
Preferably ATI Brand
