Office XP setup.ini PIDKEY

Hi all,
This always confuses me but in the \"How to\" about inseting the Username=  and PIDKEY= to automatically enter your key is fine, but do you have to enclose it in quotes or not?
In the MS info the call it a string and the example uses quotes. In the Tech Clinic example, they do NOT use the quotes!!!!  And in the Win98 MSBATCH.INF example, they use the quotes AND the hyphens.....
I understand often strings are in quotes but it seems like all the examples and directions conflict.  Which is it?
i.e., Office XP.  Qoutes and hyphen or just PIDKEY=1234...?
Thanks,
condor

Nope you just type it all in just the way the how to tells you not quotes or anything

i.e PIDKEYABCD.....
