Can you do the following
From this link
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htmDownload and save to your desktop LSPFix.exe
Leave it there for now, we have it if we need it
Close down all browser windows
Open Task Manager and End Process on the following
rlvknlg.exeAccess your add/remove programs and remove
RelevantKnowledgeFollow the prompts and reboot your computer afterwards
Back in Windows, don't open a browser window yet
Go back to Add/remove programs and remove
New.net Domains 7.48Follow the prompts and reboot your computer again
Back in Windows
Update Ad-Aware and Spybot 1.4 and do scans
Fix critical with ad-aware and fix all Red entries with Spybot
Reboot one last time
Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards
NOTE: In the event you lose Internet connection after performing any of the above steps
Simply open LSPFix.exe and put a check in "I know what I'm doing"
Move any entries related to
rlls.dll From the KEEP side to the REMOVE side if not set that way by default
Then click the FINISH button
If there are no entries related to rlls.dll select the Finish button anyways
Reboot the computer
