he probly has recovs on the acc, so u get f'd when u buy the acc.
he probly wants like 15m+ for the acc? then when u buy there is no money and its recovered in like 20 seconds?

actually, paypal and accounts are a great mix...its very easy not to get scammed

if they chargeback their paypal...u can recov your account...and if u recov ur account...they can chargeback through paypal

so it is either successful...or never happened
