I'm buying 23m rs2gp for $100USD. My method is simple and safe. My paypal has $100 ($97.67 now getting paid some tomorrow) and its all electronically funded. This means that when I pay you I will not be able to chargeback using a creditcard company. I will claim the package as soon as I get it. (Paypal does not allow chargebacks when a person claims. *apparently credit card companies do* this is how scammers still manage, but since I'm not using a credit card its safe) I've purchased mills before with paypal and its gone smooth. No scammers and no flaming. Tom, Justin, or Aragost are my preferred MM's.
