any thing i can do to speed this up?

my computer has been very slow lately, slow start up mostly, i also have about 70% CPU usage when im not even using a program.
i have 1 GB of RAM and a duo core processor so it seems to me i should be able to get much more speed out of my laptop.

any services i can disable? or anything?

Umm, what about clearing temp files and defragging?
Any help?

You have a lot of startup items, what do you need running on startup?

yea, ive cleaned temp files and defragged, im not sure what needs to be running for start up, ive deactivated things i know i dont need but im not sure about others.

Let's me see a bit more detail

Download [color=\"#2E8B57\"]ComboScan[/color] to your Desktop.
  • Close all applications and windows.
       
  • Double-click on comboscan.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
       
  • The scan may take a couple of minutes. When the scan is complete, a text file will open - ComboScan.txt
Note: When running Comboscan, some firewalls may warn that sigcheck.exe is trying to access the internet - please ensure that you allow sigcheck.exe permission to do so. Also, it may happen that your Antivirus flags Comboscan as suspicious. Please allow the Comboscan to run and don't let your Antivirus delete it. (In this case, it may be better to temporary disable your Antivirus)


Post the next logs in your following reply:
