Looks good, are you still using the free version of Ewido?
If so, I see the Guard service still runs on startup
You can go to
START>>RUN>>Type in services.msc
Hit OK
In the next window, look on the right hand side for this service
name---- ewido anti-spyware 4.0 guard

Double click on it--- STOP the service--If running
In the drop down menu, change the startup type to Disabled

Probably wouldn't hurt to check for updates and run a complete scan, but your log looks ok
