Need a trainer

Here is what I need done:

1>40 attack (about 40k exp)- 80-100k cash
1>40 strength (about 40k exp)- 80-100k cash

You supply the food, armor, weapon.  I need someone who can do this pretty fast so post how long it would take you to do it.
