Weapon: Karils' Xbow
Torso: Karils' Shirt/Black Dragonhide
Legs: Verac's Skirt
Gloves: Barrows Gauntlets/Black Vambraces
Boots: Ranger Boots/Rune Boots
Ring: Archer Ring/No Ring
bow : x bow 3.5k bolts

Note: For the 70+ Def list, the first of the 2 items in the equipment list is the preferred, but using the second/third one is OK!

For 45-69 def its pretty much the same gear but take out the barrows and replace it with rune items
