No. The Runescape area is perfectly legal. The people who participate in that section aren't breaking any laws. At worst they are breaking the user agreement that they have with Jagex when they play the game. So it's a matter of getting banned from the game, not getting hauled away to jail because you sold some stuff in the game.
We absolutely will not have anything that's illegal on this site.
