well i deleted around 200 pics on my comp i didnt need, Then i selected empty recylce bin it was all gone.

But now i need those pics i deleted.

Is there any way i can recover them back?? WITHOUT downloading anything.

nope...ur screwed...lol

im sure there is some fancy way to dejumbledeefloogle ur hard drive or somethign along those lines to get it back...but probly not within ur capabilities

Sorry for the delay
Especially in your case, the minute you delete the files, is the best time to get them back
I noticed this

This is a small download, I think it took me 1.2 seconds

Click on that link and click on the Download button
Download it now, if you have a usb thumbdrive or similiar, save it there and then double click on REST2514.exe and self extract to the thumbdrive also
This just gives less chance of overwriting the part of the harddrive that the pics were on
If you don't have a thumbdrive, you can use a floppy,etc..

Open the folder you self extracted the files too and double click on "Restoration.exe"
Ensure the proper drive is selected in the top right hand corner
Then click on Search deleted files
Let this run a scan
When done, since these are pics, you are probably looking for files with the .jpg, .bmp, .gif, etc.. extension
Select the files you need restored
click on Restore by copying and save them on the drive
Hopefully you can restore most of the pics
